Course Outline
Mindful Introspection: A Journey Within is a self-paced course. There are 18 separate exercises included. You can do one a day if that is your preference, or space them according to what feels good to you.
Some of the material may be activating (triggering). This is normal. Notice your thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and impulses to shift, move, or “tune-out”.
Ground yourself using the resources you presently have. And as always, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
Mindful Introspection: A Journey Within
This workbook contains 5 sessions of inner work including guided imagery and reflections. Please follow the course outline to complete the sessions. The work should not be done back to back in order to allow the material to integrate.

Exercises
-
Gratitude Journal
My intention for this workbook is to serve as a guide for your daily gratitude practice.
The only thing you need to bring with you is your breath.
-
Daily Practice
The intention of the daily practice is to ground you at the beginning of your day in order to support you throughout the rest of your day. This self-care practice should incorporate aspects that support your mind, body, and spirit.
-
Wheel of Life
The Wheel of Life helps you focus on each area of your life and identify which areas need more attention. It gives you an immediate visual representation of how your life is now.
-
Self-Compassion
It's important to treat yourself with the same care that you would treat a good friend. However, when facing a challenging situation, most of us are not very self-compassionate and speak to ourselves using critical language. This exercise is designed to help you develop a more compassionate way of talking to yourself when the things get difficult.
-
Goals
Goal setting exercises to help you get clear on short-term and long-term goals.
“There is freedom, there is peace to not be worried about everything, trusting fully that hope will rise even in uncertainty.”
— Morgan Harper Nichols
