Your recovery is a reclamation.

Welcome to your reclamation.

It’s that time…after the dust has settled.

It’s that time…after the fog has cleared.

What brings us to our recovery journey is often the tip of the iceberg. That once dealt with, we can get to all the work beneath the surface.

We begin to peel off the layers to find more layers and more layers still. What lies beneath?

This is what I help women with.

What do we desire for ourselves now? What are we seeking to reclaim?

I provide Mindfulness-Based Coaching with a Trauma-Informed, holistic approach to support women for women (or those who identify as women) & non-binary individuals in recovery during their healing journey.

Your recovery is a reclamation.

Welcome!

My name is Johnna (she/her/hers) and I am in recovery from alcohol use disorder, complex trauma, codependency, anxiety, and depression.

I am an LMSW and certified Trauma-Informed, Whole Person Coach. I am also a She Recovers Coach, certified Yoga Teacher, Master Reiki Practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and certified Y12SR Space Holder.

I believe in a holistic approach to recovery, and as such, incorporate an integrative approach to my coaching style. My personal recovery journey has allowed me to pursue interests I am passionate about. And I am grateful for the opportunity to share what I have learned with you.

I am here to support you on your recovery journey and to help you take ownership of your story. My integrative approach is person centered, strengths-based, mindfulness-based, and trauma informed. My coaching modalities include mindfulness and whole person coaching; both through a trauma-informed lens. Additionally yoga, somatic work, and energy healing used in sessions in order to provide an integrative experience for mind, body, and soul.

Together we will increase your mindful awareness, self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and resiliency to expand your recovery capital. We will explore your story of origin, empowering you to heal core wounds and negative self beliefs, while also helping you identify core values and inner strengths. You will enhance your ability to identify and manage emotions, resolve conflict, regulate your nervous system and engage in fulfilling relationships.

Stronger. Together.
