Together We Recover.

Your healing journey is an inside job. That doesn’t mean you have to do it alone.

Looking to take your recovery to the next level?

When I started my journey in recovery, I found that things that I would personally like to see in the recovery space were missing. Things that moved me, that interested me, that helped me were available on a limited basis (if at all) in the traditional treatment programs I found myself in. They were not integrative programs, focusing on the mind instead of the mind-body-spirit connection.

I sought out information and teachings on integrative modalities. I strengthened my mind-body-spirit connection. I used the practice of mindfulness to raise my awareness to my thoughts and body. I read books on self-compassion, and I did the work. I studied the practice of yoga and yoga philosophy. I engaged in energy healing and became an energy healer myself.

Using an integrative approach to my recovery led to a unification of mind, body, and spirit; led me home to myself. I felt a connection to myself and a deep peace with who I am and what I am here to do in a way I had never felt before.

I now share these practices with my clients; practices centered around the 4 pillars of mindfulness, radical self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and resilience.

I offer clients various ways to work with me through the modalities of coaching, yoga, and energy healing.

Together, we elevate your recovery.

  • Mindfulness

“Mindfulness is awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally in the service of self-understanding and wisdom.”

    -Jon Kabat-Zinn, MD

  • Radical Self-Compassion

Instead of mercilessly judging and criticizing yourself for various inadequacies or shortcomings, self-compassion means you are kind and understanding when confronted with personal failings. The three elements of self-compassion are self-kindness vs. self-judgment, common humanity vs. isolation, and mindfulness vs. over-identification.

  • Emotional Intelligence

“The ability to recognize, understand and manage our own emotions and; recognize, understand and influence the emotions of others.

In practical terms, this means being aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people (positively and negatively), and learning how to manage those emotions – both our own and others.”

  • Resilience

“Resilience is the capability to recover from adversity, trauma, and setbacks and to keep on going in pursuit of goals and opportunities. We need resilience to survive, but we also need resilience to thrive. To deal with stress, work through conflicts, push through weariness and pain, and deal with a changing world—that’s resilience.”

    - Rick Hanson, PhD
