The Forum.
Mindful Recovery’s forum is a safe space for women in recovery to come together and share their lessons, struggles, strength, challenges, and anything else they are called to share.
The wisdom we possess as a collective is immeasurable.
The hope we possess as a collective is power.
Group Coaching.
Every month I will be hosting group coaching sessions. The sessions will consist of a training portion and/or sharing portion. Participants are welcome to share whatever they feel called to share and coaching will be available if desired.
